Self Reflection - CAMP
Supported and helped manage, lead this programme when it was in operation! It required a lot of time and commitment. However this is my passion.
Self Reflection - Lunchtime promotions
This has been highly successful. Rugby has taken off and I have consistently had 30 kids on average participate in this promotion every lunch time.
Lately I have been working with Patrina from the ELC to set up another programme during break 1 and 3 to further educate students on how to socialise in the playground and manage themselves. Watch this space!

The Language of Influence in Teaching
Recently I read a reading about the effects of different types of language teachers use towards their students. It got me reflecting on how I use language in the class towards my students. Something that resonated with me was the part about talking to students in a way that was not intrusive, encouraged living collaboratively, work out out problems together and to increase student agency.
